One operator, not an agency.
I am Carlos Franco. I run a fractional operating practice from Fort Myers called SMB Startups. This site covers one thing that practice does often enough to deserve its own address: setting up the CRM properly.
Answered personally, usually the same day. If a CRM is not what you need, I will say so.

Why a CRM site
Most of the operating problems I get called about start in the same place. A lead came in and nobody answered it fast enough. A quote went out and nobody chased it. A customer bought once and was never contacted again. The owner knows all of this and has no time to fix it, because the owner is the one answering, chasing and remembering.
The fix is not a marketing agency and it is not a bigger software subscription. It is a CRM configured to how the business actually sells, with the follow-up running by itself, and the owner able to read what is happening. I have built that for my own companies enough times that the method is settled. This site offers it on its own, without the rest of the engagement.
If it turns out the CRM is the smallest of your problems, the wider practice covers operations, internal software and demand. Same person. Say so on the form and I will scope it that way.
What I do not do
I do not resell software or take referral fees from vendors, so the recommendation is not for sale. I am not affiliated with any CRM vendor. I do not run ads on a retainer. I do not build a CRM that depends on me to keep working. And I do not take a project where the honest answer is that you should stay on what you have, which happens more often than you would think.
Tell me what is in the way.
One form. Read by the person who would do the work. If a CRM is not the answer, you will hear that first.
