Speed to lead, without hiring someone to sit by the phone
A form comes in at 9pm. Someone sees it at 10 the next morning. By then the lead has heard from two other businesses and booked with one of them.
Answered personally, usually the same day. If a CRM is not what you need, I will say so.

What it costs to leave it
The lead you paid for on Google or Meta is worth the most in the first five minutes and almost nothing after a day. Slow follow-up does not lose a percentage of leads. In a competitive trade it loses most of them, and the ad spend is gone either way.
How lead follow-up automation is done here
The starting point
A new lead gets a personal text and email within a minute, from you, acknowledging the specific thing they asked about.
The build
If they do not reply, a sequence continues over the following days, spaced and worded like a person, not a drip campaign. It stops the moment they answer.
What runs by itself
Replies land in one inbox with the full history, so whoever picks it up knows what was said.
What you own
Leads that go cold are not deleted. They move to a longer, quieter sequence, because a good number of them buy in season.
Scope and timing
Follow-up automation is built per lead type, since a quote request and a general enquiry need different words. A typical build covers two or three lead types, the first-minute response, a five-touch sequence, the reply routing, and the long-tail nurture. It takes about a week and is part of every full setup.
Straight answers
- Will people know it is automated?
- The first message reads as if you typed it, because it is written with you and references what they asked. The point is not to hide that a system sent it. The point is that they heard back fast from a real business.
- What about texting rules?
- Follow-up texts go to people who contacted you and asked for a response, which is the clear case. Every message carries a way to stop. Marketing texts to people who did not ask are a different thing and need consent, which the setup handles separately.
- Does this work for leads from Meta and Google ads?
- Yes. Ad leads are the ones where speed matters most, and they come into the CRM with their source attached, so you can see which campaigns produce leads that actually reply.
