SWFL CRM SetupContact

A CRM set up by someone who runs his own businesses on one

You bought the subscription, watched the videos, and the account still does nothing your old spreadsheet did not. The tool is fine. Nobody has decided how your business should use it.

Answered personally, usually the same day. If a CRM is not what you need, I will say so.

  • Fort Myers, serving Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties
  • Scoped in writing, priced before work starts
  • Your account, your data, documented as it is built
  • Not affiliated with HighLevel. No resale, no commission.

Twelve

Two

3,984

136,737

What it costs to leave it

An unconfigured GoHighLevel account costs you twice. The monthly fee, and every lead that lands in a pipeline nobody looks at. Most owners in Lee and Collier who call me already own the account. It has been sitting there for months with three test contacts in it.

How crm setup is done here

The starting point

My own companies run on GoHighLevel and Zoho, and I have configured most of the other popular platforms for clients. I know which features earn their keep and which ones look good in the demo.

The build

The setup starts with a written map of how a lead becomes a customer in your business. The account is configured to that, not to a generic template.

What runs by itself

Pipeline stages, custom fields, tags, calendars, the missed-call text-back and the first follow-up sequence all ship in the same scope. Not a half-built account with a list of next steps.

What you own

Everything is documented as it is built, in your account, so your staff can run it and a future hire can read it.

Scope and timing

The first decision is the platform, and the platform pages on this site say which one fits which business. A standard setup is scoped in writing before work starts and takes two to four weeks. It covers the pipeline, contact fields, tags, calendar and booking, the missed-call text-back, one follow-up sequence per lead type, reporting, and training for the people who will use it. Migration from another CRM is scoped separately, because the state of your old data decides the work.

Straight answers

I already have a CRM account. Can you fix what is there?
Usually, yes. The first thing I do is read what is in it. If the structure is sound I build on it. If it is three half-finished pipelines and a broken calendar, it is faster to rebuild clean and I will tell you that up front.
Are you a partner or reseller for any of these CRMs?
No. I am not affiliated with any CRM vendor and I do not resell software. You pay the vendor for the software and me for the setup. That means I have no reason to recommend one when another fits better.
How long until my team is using it?
Two to four weeks from the signed scope. The build is done in the first half. The second half is your staff using it with me watching, which is where the setup gets fixed to how you actually work.

Tell me what is in the way.

One form. Read by the person who would do the work. If a CRM is not the answer, you will hear that first.
