Questions people ask first
If yours is not here, ask me directly. I answer everything myself, usually the same day, including the ones where the honest answer is that you do not need me.
Answered personally, usually the same day. If a CRM is not what you need, I will say so.
Straight answers
- What does a CRM setup cost?
- It is scoped in writing before work starts, and the scope carries the price. Small builds like missed-call text-back or review automation are a few days. A full GoHighLevel setup with pipeline, calendars, follow-up sequences and training is two to four weeks. Migrations are scoped after a data read. The number is on the scope before you agree to anything.
- How long does it take?
- Two to four weeks for a full setup, from signed scope to your team using it. About a week for a single automation inside an existing account.
- Which CRM do you work with?
- All of the popular ones. GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, monday, Keap, ActiveCampaign, Freshsales and Close each have a page here saying what they are good at and who should pick them. My own companies run on GoHighLevel and Zoho, and I say on each page whether I have run my own business on it.
- Are you a partner or reseller for any of them?
- No. Not affiliated, not a reseller, no commission from anyone. You pay the vendor for the software directly, which is why the recommendation is not for sale.
- Who owns the account?
- You do. It is created under your billing with your login. I work inside it as a user you can remove. That is the rule for every client and the reason I am often called to fix agency-owned setups.
- Will my staff use it?
- If it is faster than not using it. Every field and step is designed against that test, and week three exists to find the ones that fail it and fix them.
- What about texting and call recording rules?
- Follow-up texts go to people who contacted you. Every message has a way to stop. Florida is a two-party consent state for recording, so calls carry a notice before recording starts. I configure all of that and I will not switch on anything that skips it.
- Do you come to the office?
- In the first week, usually yes. I am in Fort Myers and Naples, Cape Coral, Estero and Bonita are short drives. Punta Gorda is scheduled in day blocks. The rest is remote by design.
- What happens after the setup?
- It runs. Support is by the hour if you want it, and most clients use a few hours a quarter. There is no retainer and nothing in the build that needs me to keep working.
- What if I need more than a CRM?
- Then this is the smallest piece. The wider practice covers operations, internal software and demand. Same person. Say so on the form and it gets scoped that way.
Tell me what is in the way.
One form. Read by the person who would do the work. If a CRM is not the answer, you will hear that first.
