The call you missed just texted itself back
You were on a job, in a meeting, or driving I-75. The phone rang, you could not take it, and the caller went to the next name on the list. That happens every day, and it is the most expensive thing in your business.
Answered personally, usually the same day. If a CRM is not what you need, I will say so.

What it costs to leave it
A homeowner in Cape Coral with a pool leak calls three companies. The first one to respond gets the job. If yours goes to voicemail, you are not second. You are not in the running. Missed calls are not a phone problem, they are a lost-revenue line that never appears on any report.
How missed-call text-back is done here
The starting point
A missed call triggers a text in under a minute, from your business number, with your wording. The caller knows they were heard before they dial the next number.
The build
The text offers a callback window or a booking link. Most callers reply, and the reply lands in the CRM as a lead with the call attached.
What runs by itself
It works after hours, on weekends, and during season when the phone does not stop. It does not get tired and it does not forget.
What you own
Every missed call becomes a contact with a source. You will finally see how many calls you were missing, which is usually the first surprise.
Scope and timing
Missed-call text-back is a two-day build. It is native on GoHighLevel and done through a telephony integration on most other CRMs. It runs on your existing business number or a new tracked one. It includes the message wording, the after-hours variant, the callback booking, and a weekly report of missed calls and what happened to them. It is included in every full setup and available on its own.
Straight answers
- Will it text people who should not get a text?
- It can be limited by hours, by number type, and by whether the caller is already a customer. Vendors and known numbers can be excluded. You decide the rules and I set them.
- Do I need a new phone number?
- No. It can run on your existing number. A separate tracked number is optional and useful if you want to measure a specific campaign.
- What does the text say?
- Whatever you would say if you could. Usually your name, that you saw the call, and a way to book a time. Written with you, in your voice, not a canned line.
