Reviews that arrive because you asked, every time
You have hundreds of happy customers and a few dozen reviews, because asking is awkward and nobody remembers to do it on the day it would have worked.
Answered personally, usually the same day. If a CRM is not what you need, I will say so.

What it costs to leave it
In Southwest Florida the map pack decides who gets the call, and the map pack is decided by reviews. A competitor with more recent reviews outranks you for your own service in your own town. That is not a marketing problem. It is a follow-up problem.
How review request automation is done here
The starting point
The request goes out automatically when the job is marked done or the invoice is paid, which is the moment the customer is happiest.
The build
It links straight to your Google review form. One tap. No searching for your listing.
What runs by itself
A customer who is not happy gets a different message, one that comes to you first. You hear about the problem before Google does.
What you own
Reviews are replied to within a day, from you, in your words. Replies count, and an unanswered review reads as an unanswered customer.
Scope and timing
Review automation is a three-day build once the CRM knows when a job is done. It includes the trigger, the message wording, the unhappy-customer branch, the reply routine, and a monthly count so you can see it working. It needs a Google Business Profile to point at; if you do not have one yet, that is the first step and I will say so.
Straight answers
- Is filtering out unhappy customers allowed?
- Asking everyone and routing concerns to you first is fine. Only asking happy customers, or offering something for a review, is against Google policy and I will not build it. The unhappy branch exists so you can fix the problem, not hide it.
- How many reviews should we expect?
- That depends on your job volume and your customers, so I will not give a number. What changes is the ratio. Businesses that ask automatically get reviews from a far larger share of customers than businesses that ask when they remember.
- Can it request reviews on other sites too?
- Yes, but in Southwest Florida, Google is what moves the phone. Start there. Add others only if a specific one matters in your trade.

One form. Read by the person who would do the work. If a CRM is not the answer, you will hear that first.
