A CRM built for how metals actually change hands

A metals customer is a seller today and a buyer next year. The quote moves with spot. The paperwork is regulated. A generic CRM holds none of that, so the real records live in a ledger and a phone.

Answered personally, usually the same day. If a CRM is not what you need, I will say so.

  • For dealers, refiners, buyers and private vaults.
  • An operator who has run a CRM inside this trade
  • Fields, stages and follow-up rules specific to it
  • Scoped in writing, priced before work starts

What the CRM has to hold in precious metals

Quotes tied to spot

A quote field that records the spot price and the premium at the moment it was given, so a callback two days later starts from the right number and the margin is visible on every deal.

Compliance fields that are actually filled

ID captured, form type, transaction threshold flags. Required fields at the right stage, so the record is complete before the deal closes rather than reconstructed later.

The seller who becomes a buyer

A tag and a sequence for the customer who sold a coin collection in March. Six months later they are your best prospect for bullion, and the CRM should know it before you do.

Walk-in, phone and web in one list

Counter traffic is logged the same way as a web form, with a source. The report shows what brings people in, which for most dealers is not what they expected.

Asked by precious metals owners

Do you understand the metals business?
I run a gold-buying company and I serve as COO of a private vault. The CRM setup comes from doing this, not from a case study.
Can the CRM show live spot price?
It can record the spot at the time of a quote, which is what matters for the deal. Live price display belongs on your website, and I build that too, but it is a separate thing from the CRM.
Is our customer data safe in GoHighLevel?
It is held in your own account under your credentials, with staff access you control. For a regulated trade I also set retention rules so records are kept as long as the law requires and not longer than you want.

Tell me what is in the way.

One form. Read by the person who would do the work. If a CRM is not the answer, you will hear that first.
