GoHighLevel, set up by someone who runs his own businesses on it

GoHighLevel bundles the CRM with phone numbers, texting, calendars, funnels and review requests, at a flat price that does not climb with your contact list. It was built for agencies to resell, which is why so many owners inherit a half-configured account from one.

Answered personally, usually the same day. If a CRM is not what you need, I will say so.

  • Three of my own companies run their sales and follow-up on it. This is the platform I know best.
  • Scoped in writing, priced before work starts
  • Your account, your data, documented as it is built
  • Not affiliated with HighLevel. No resale, no commission.

What GoHighLevel is good at

First

Phone and text follow-up built in, including missed-call text-back, without a third-party tool.

Second

Flat platform pricing, so a large legacy list costs nothing extra to hold.

Third

Booking, forms, funnels and review requests native, so a small business runs on one login.

Where it is the wrong tool

Deep reporting, content marketing, or a company with a real sales organisation and complex products. Its dashboards are adequate, not excellent, and its CMS is not what it is for.

Who should pick it

Owner-operated service businesses in Lee, Collier and Charlotte where speed on the phone wins the job. Contractors, trades, clinics, brokerages, dealers.

What a GoHighLevel setup covers

Pipeline and stages, contact fields and tags, calendars and booking, the missed-call text-back, one follow-up sequence per lead type, review requests, reporting, and training. Two to four weeks. Migration from another CRM is scoped after a data read.

Asked about GoHighLevel

Are you a HighLevel partner or reseller?
No. I am not affiliated with HighLevel and I do not resell it. You pay them for the software and me for the setup, which is why I can tell you when something else fits better.
My agency set it up under their account. Can you move it?
Yes. That is common enough to have its own page, agency handover. The number, the data and the automations are rebuilt in an account you own, timed to the end of your agency contract.
Is it the right choice for me?
If your business lives on the phone and you want one tool, usually yes. If you are already in Zoho or need HubSpot's reporting, no, and the other platform pages say why.

Tell me what is in the way.

One form. Read by the person who would do the work. If a CRM is not the answer, you will hear that first.
